With over two decades of hands-on execution, Renato has built, governed and scaled businesses across multiple sectors, consistently operating in complex environments that require discipline, structure and long-term strategic clarity.

At Singulys, Renato is responsible for defining the strategic thesis, architecting the operating and governance framework, and aligning capital allocation, execution capability and exit readiness across the portfolio.

His leadership is centered on system design rather than improvisation, prioritizing durability of value, institutional readiness and long-term equity creation.

Marcos Rogério Mazieri is a senior executive and researcher with over 20 years of experience in innovation management, governance systems and execution frameworks applied to complex organizations.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Innovation) and a Post-Doctorate in Information and Communication Sciences, combining academic rigor with applied expertise in innovation governance, process architecture and scalable execution.

At Singulys, Marcos is responsible for architecting innovation and governance frameworks, ensuring that technology, data and operational processes translate into measurable performance, disciplined execution and valuation readiness.

His work focuses on transforming innovation into structured, governable and repeatable value creation systems.
